I have used Traci's services keeping tenants in my condo for 4 years.  Her screening of tenants, her oversight of conditions in my unit have kept me relaxed, as I am a long-distance owner of my property.
   
Worth noting: as Traci's volume of happy clients and referrals expanded, she needed to increase her workforce and bring expertise to expand her community service.  When I experienced a drop in the responsiveness she is noted for, I called her.  Her action was immediate.  The agent assigned to me contacted me, reaffirmed his intention to improve his responsiveness and I have been happy ever since.

Well it’s a week later.  Jim is retired.  We are relaxing and enjoying family.  Our move is almost all planned.  Life is good.  Much of the thanks goes to you for encouraging us to do a short sale and be patient.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Walt Keel and the Greetings Virginia team. I have to
say that I never would have expected the service, attention, and knowledge that Walt demonstrated 
in my search for a new home in Virginia. My home buying experience made me feel truly welcomed to 
Virginia. 
 
I moved to Virginia on 01 February. I wanted to find a home as quick as possible without rushing into 
something that I would later be unhappy with. A new job, unfamiliar area, and a sense of urgency to 
facilitate the move of my family weighed heavily on my mind. I lucked out when I called to inquire on a 
listing that I had seen online at 10 o’clock at night and Walt was still working hard in the office. 
 
Since our first contact, Walt made me feel like I was his only client and that my needs and interests were 
priority number one. Hours in the day were never a constraint. There were many late nights looking at 
properties and researching different options. Subsequently it was two in the morning on a week night 
when I first walked through the home that I ended up buying. Once Walt knew what I was looking for, 
he took it upon himself to compile multiple options and facilitate opportunities to explore these options 
which resulted in finding and closing on a wonderful home on 29 February.
 
Not only did I find a great realtor but I made a great friend. I cannot even articulate the great sense of 
relief to have had a realtor that was so incredibly dedicated to protecting my interests. Even the seller 
commented as to how knowledgeable and involved Walt was during the entire process and how most 
realtors just “go through the motions”. Walt’s extensive knowledge of the home buying process and the 
regulations and laws of Virginia has raised the bar. I never felt like I was confused or in the dark about 
what was going on during the negotiation process. Everything was explained on a level that I could 
understand it as well as other options proposed to better meet my needs.
 
Walt Keel exemplifies the team name “Greetings Virginia”. Keller Williams should feel proud to have 
someone like Walt represent their name with such distinction. Walt is the standard that every realtor 
should strive for and I congratulate him for a job extremely well done. Thanks Walt!

Just wanted to share the GREAT NEWS with a few of you who have been praying with me during these difficult days the past several months..... the buyer CLOSED on my condo Wednesday night. I am NO LONGER the OWNER of 8303 Bluebird way. I will be contacting utility companies, State Farm insurance, Post Office, etc. etc. and walking AWAY from this property FREE and CLEAR. Thanks to GOD and the wonderful team of ANGELS that I found thanks to Joyce Jordan. If ANYONE of you or anyone you know is having a problem selling their home (short sale, regular sale, purchase, etc.) PLEASE PLEASE contact Traci Rochon with Keller Williams Realty in Alexandria Va. (she's licensed in Va. Md and DC). The is a GOD SEND and just as sweet, dedicated and patient as anyone could be. She listed my place in March, had 3 contracts by April, negotiated with the banks during May and closed in June!! She is the BEST of all the REST! I'm doing my HAPPY DANCE! Thanks to all of you for your prayers, listening ears, shoulders to cry on and for just being there for me through losing my baby brother and this NIGHTMARE!! Thanks to all of you I can now try and move forward!!!!
